Safety

Our packages are shipped to you wrapped in a generic mailing package. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words “OUIDE” Our shipping labels do not say OUIDE, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 19 years old. OUIDE reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

Delivery Times

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times as we do not control the shipping process. Shipping has changed in Canada since 2020 and is average at best. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all products from British Columbia to anywhere in Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $14.90 and we use Expedited Shipping. Express shipping is available at ordering time.

Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are not packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date as some rural areas may take longer to reach.

Delivery + Fulfillment

All orders received by 1pm PST will ship the next business day. If your order is received after 1pm PST, your order will ship the following business day unless we have our shit together. Orders received on Saturday will ship on Monday. You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped including tracking information. Your order will not leave the warehouse until we receive your payment. * Please note that it can take up to 60 minutes for us to receive your payment. Do not forget to include a unit number where applicable. A return charge of ($14.90) and a re-ship fee of ($14.90) will be added to all orders with an incorrect or incomplete address that have been returned.

Canada Post

All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post to your mailbox or household. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and OUIDE reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen. FlexDelivery by Canada Post is available upon request for post office pick up.
